Open to everyone. A free, weekly group aimed at over-50s providing arelaxed and supportive environment for those who are feeling anxious, low or lonely - to socialise and make new friends. The group is a drop-in so there is no need to book in advance and attendees are welcome to come along at any point during the three hours. Refreshments are provided.
